With 2016 gone and as 2017 begins to dawn, it seems like a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, the journey we’ve taken to get to where we are and the plans we have for an exciting, bright future. I’d like to start by thanking all our CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES and other STAKEHOLDERS for their immense contributions and support in 2016. I am happy to share with you that we ended 2016 much STRONGER in terms of PERFORMANCE and with a much STRONGER BRAND having joined the family of SUPER BRANDS® exceeding the expectations of all our stakeholders. As I look forward to 2017, I am very excited about the many activities we have planned for the year, some of these exciting activities include:
- We will have MORE PRODUCTS and VARIETY OF SERVICES to enable us serve you better and make your businesses more EFFICIENT and ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY.
- We plan to transcend into NEW GEOGRAPHIES in the region to give you all the SUPPORT you need and to SERVE you more EFFICIENTLY in these regions.
- We will have GREEN HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning ) solutions offered tailor made for the conditions existing in this region which are TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED suitable for
FOOD OUTLETS and HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.
- In the supply of COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT and related services, 2016 was our year of learning and in 2017 we will emerge stronger in this product segment to carry our more DESIGN LAYOUTS, INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICE in the region.
- For the FMCG ( Fast moving consumer goods ) segment ,Sheffield will offer a variety of WHITE GOODS and will have a full equipped SERVICE CENTER WITH TAILOR MADE SOLUTIONS for the this segment.
- For training we shall incorporate some of the WORLD’S BEST TRAINING STANDARDS such as KAIZEN and SIX SIGMA to improve our production techniques, become more EFFICIENT in our operations and SERVE you better.
- We will also pursue a vigorous RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY by carrying out research in the food retail sector , to get to know the challenges and develop MORE ADVANCED , EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS and CONCEPTS for our customers.
- Being an organization that is concerned about the community we will continue to pursue many CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVES that are SUSTAINABLE and EMPOWER PEOPLE in the communities we operate.
- In our 2017 strategy we have realigned our processes to become A MORE CUSTOMER FOCUSED ORGANIZATION in order to serve our customers much better we have implemented a new online CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. We also plan to INCORPORATE other NEW TECHNOLOGIES that will offer BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE to our customers, ensure that their operations in their businesses continue uninterrupted and they also have A PEACE OF MIND.
- We have adapted AN ADVANCED AUTOMATED SYSTEM into or production to ensure that we not only DELIVER HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS but do so CONSISTENTLY.
While there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead in 2017 especially with the upcoming elections that will slow down investments and economic activities, We venture into 2017 as a STRONGER, INNOVATIVE and CUSTOMER FOCUSED ORGANIZATION that seeks to serve our clients much better, strengthen our relationships with them and make strong and formidable lifetime relationships with our new customers.
