Walls and roof are 80 mm polyurethane foam panels clad in pre-painted galvanised iron, over a scratch-resistant epoxy floor that is seamless and easy to clean. A microprocessor control panel handles temperature, automatic defrost, phase failure and over-current protection. Sheffield installs, tests and commissions the room, trains the staff who will use it and hands over an FMC plan.
