The cabinet is built from 80 mm rigid polyurethane foam panel with a powder-coated steel skin, corrosion resistant inside and out. Doors have lockable latches on chromed hinges, the body trays are seamless deep-drawn ground stainless steel, and the temperature shows on a digital indicator. The unit is tropicalized for tough weather conditions, and is built to be easy to clean and low in maintenance.
