Each panel is a monolithic sandwich of polyurethane foam clad in pre-painted galvanised iron and injected to 42 kg/m3, which gives a uniform structure across the whole panel. Thermal conductivity runs from 0.18 to 0.28 W/m2k and the panels operate between -60 and +90 °C.
