The SV-Blueline PLR-12N2F(HB) is a refrigerated preparation counter: cold storage built into the work surface itself, so the mise en place for a service sits under the hands using it instead of in a walk-in across the kitchen. It holds 212 litres between 0 and 10 °C in a cabinet 1200 mm long, 700 mm deep and 800 mm high, the standard height for a commercial bench run, so it lines up with the worktops either side rather than interrupting them.

Cooling draws 275 W, which is under 1.2 A on a 220-240 V supply, so the counter runs from a general socket circuit rather than needing one of its own. The system is charged with R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential of 3 in place of the fluorinated gases it replaces. The charge is sealed and small, but it is flammable, so keep the ventilation clearance the installation sheet specifies.
