The Robot Coupe CMP 400 V.V. is a commercial stick blender for the daily demands of restaurant and café kitchens. A 420 W motor with self-regulating variable speed mixes, blends and emulsifies soups, sauces, purées and creams directly in the pot, handling batches of up to 73 litres.

Speed self-regulation keeps the blade turning at a constant rate as the load changes, so the last litre finishes like the first. At around 4 kg, with a lug that rests and pivots on the pan rim, it stays controllable even over deep stockpots.

Hygiene and serviceability set the CMP range apart: the bell and blade come off in seconds for cleaning, and the patented EasyPlug detachable cord - with an illuminated indicator confirming the cable is sound and connected - can be swapped without a technician.
