The Robot Coupe R301 is a combination processor for hotels, restaurants and caterers.

The Robot Coupe R 301 puts two commercial machines in one footprint: a 3.7-litre cutter bowl for chopping, mincing, emulsifying, kneading and grinding, and a continuous-feed vegetable attachment for slicing, grating, ripple cutting and julienne.

In cutter mode the bowl-base twin smooth-blade assembly gives an even consistency on small and large batches alike - up to 1.5 kg of minced meat in two minutes - and the lid takes liquid or dry ingredients while the machine runs, which is what makes it workable for sauces and emulsions.

Swap to the vegetable head and two feed openings take over: a 1.6-litre half-moon hopper swallows bulky produce like cabbage and onions, while the 58 mm cylindrical hopper guides carrots and cucumbers for uniform cuts, ejecting continuously to the side at up to 4 kg of grated carrot a minute.

Two machines in one: 3.7 L cutter plus continuous-feed slicer. 650 W direct-drive induction motor, 1,500 rpm with pulse.
