That contact is what makes induction work for wok cooking: the heat goes straight into the metal, comes up almost instantly and drops just as fast when the power is cut, giving the fast response stir-frying needs without an open gas flame in the kitchen. Ten power levels are set from a combined touch and knob panel, and the stainless steel housing takes daily washdown.
5 kW single induction wok zone and recessed round wok well for round-bottomed woks. Combined touch and knob control with 10 power levels. 220 V / 50 Hz single phase and stainless steel housing. Flameless - no open burner and no combustion heat in the kitchen.
