Each zone has its own LED display and ten power levels, so one pan can hold at a low simmer while the other runs at full boil. Induction brings both up to heat almost immediately and drops them just as fast, and the ceramic glass plates wipe down cool at the end of service. The unit is suitable for a wide range of induction-compatible pans.
