An induction motor presses fruit and vegetables at a chosen speed between 5 and 80 rpm, tuned to the produce being juiced, through a stainless steel food zone inside an aluminium body. The extra-wide 79.5mm chute takes whole fruit and vegetables without pre-cutting, and the pusher and juicing system are dishwasher-safe and removable for fast cleaning between batches.
A stainless steel filter with 0.3mm holes is included, holding back pulp and pith for a smooth, high-yield juice.
