The HDS HDSGCO-1 is a gas convection oven from Heavy Duty Systems, sized to slot into a standard footprint while offering double-stacking so kitchens can add capacity later without a larger floor plan.

A double-speed blower circulates heat to suit different bakes, and a porcelain-enamelled cavity with rounded interior keeps cleaning straightforward. Side-hinged double doors with double-pane thermal glass let staff watch the cooking process without losing heat, backed by an interior light on its own switch. Automatic gas ignition lights the burner safely without a standing pilot, and a solid-state controller with a 60-minute reminder timer keeps timing consistent across shifts.

The oven stands on robust angular legs for stability and includes four heavy-duty chrome-plated racks across 13 guide-rack positions, so trays can be spaced to suit different products.
