The Berjaya U 30 is a 30 litre tea urn for hotels, restaurants and caterers.

An electric water urn in polished 304 stainless steel, built around one design in two capacities so a kitchen can match the urn to its service without changing spares or operator habits - 30 litres (about 140 cups) for hotel beverage stations and busy tea service, or 40 litres (about 190 cups) for big buffets, corporate events and institutional catering.

Both sizes share a 2,800 W heating element that is concealed rather than exposed, which keeps it out of contact with the water and makes descaling and cleaning far easier over the life of the urn. A thermostat holds temperature once the water is up, and the all-welded body with brass non-drip faucet is built for continuous commercial use.

Choice of 30 litre (approx. 140 cups) or 40 litre (approx. 190 cups) capacity. Thermostatically controlled, durable brass non-drip faucet, sight tube and ventilated cover, insulated handles and runs on standard 220–240 V single-phase power.
