Two doors rather than one is not only about capacity: each door opens over its own section, so a busy bar loses less cold air per service than it would from a single wide opening. Capacity is 201 litres against the single-door model's 115 litres, for 0.23 kW instead of 0.21 — nearly double the storage for almost no additional running load.
Cooling is by compressor on CFC-free refrigerant with digital temperature control, adjustable shelves and an interior light. The stainless steel exterior is the difference from the black-finished HK-BC-02, which is otherwise the same cabinet.
