It reaches up to 350 °C and draws 2 kW from an ordinary single-phase supply, so it can go on a bench in a small restaurant, bar or takeaway without three-phase power.
The drop-down door carries a glass viewing window so bakes can be judged without opening the chamber, and a top-mounted analogue thermometer shows deck temperature at a glance. A wire shelf and the stone are supplied, and the drip pan lifts out for cleaning.
