Supplied with a 2.5-litre insulated thermal server, it keeps coffee hot for extended periods without relying on warming plates, preserving flavour and aroma.
144 cups an hour is conference and banqueting volume - the point at which decanters on hotplates stop coping and coffee has to be brewed into an insulated server and carried to where the people are.
It will run from a manual fill or a direct mains connection, so the same machine can be plumbed in permanently at a hotel or wheeled out and filled by hand for a one-off event.
