The cabinet is adjustable between 8 and 18 °C, which suits bottled and canned drinks, syrups and other counter stock held at cellar temperature. For fresh dairy held in the 1 to 5 °C cold chain, Dr.Coffee's compressor milk coolers (SC08, SC10 and SC12) are the units designed for that duty.
