The HDS HDSECO-4A is a compact electric convection oven from Heavy Duty Systems, sized for bakeries and restaurants that need reliable, even baking without the footprint of a full-size deck oven.

A pair of circular-heater fans drive air through a 62-litre stainless steel cavity, with a baffle plate tuned to keep temperature even across all four trays. Manual steaming - exclusive to this model in the range - adds moisture for bread and pastry work, and a top-grilling function browns and melts cheese without a separate salamander. A toughened-glass door with interior lighting lets staff watch the bake without losing heat.

Controls are manual: a 120-minute bell timer and a thermostat adjustable from 86-572°F (30-300°C), backed by a 340°C hi-limit safety cutout with manual reset. The unit ships with four aluminium baking trays and a stainless-steel door handle on a Bakelite base that stays cool to the touch.
