The HDS HDSECO-8A is a full-size electric convection oven from Heavy Duty Systems, built for bakeries and hotel kitchens that need consistent, high-volume baking across a larger 116-litre cavity.

Twin circular-heater fans auto-reverse on a 90-13-90 second cycle, working with a baffle plate to keep heat even across all eight trays. Manual steaming adds moisture for bread and pastry work, and the stainless steel cavity (also available with an enamelled finish) has rounded corners for straightforward cleaning.

Controls are manual: a 180-minute bell timer and a thermostat adjustable from 86-572°F (30-300°C), backed by a 340°C hi-limit safety cutout with manual reset. A toughened-glass door with interior lighting lets staff monitor the bake, and the unit ships with four aluminium trays (600 x 400mm) and a cool-touch Bakelite door handle.
