It washes up to 50 racks an hour using around 3 litres of water per rack, with three programmable wash cycles of 60, 90 and 120 seconds to cover everything from lightly soiled glassware to heavily soiled cookware.
The 600 x 600 x 800 mm cabinet slides under a standard counter, and a 320 mm maximum washing height clears tall glasses and stockpots. A multi-function jet wash system and an 8 litre booster keep rinse temperatures consistent through service, making it a good fit for cafes, small restaurants and bars.
