The HK-Redline CS-310 is an electric chip scuttle - a heated holding station that sits between the fryer and the counter, keeping a batch of chips hot and crisp while orders are plated. It draws 940 W from an ordinary 220-240 V socket, so it needs no special supply.

Chips lose their texture faster than almost anything else on a menu. Left in the fryer basket they carry on cooking in their own residual oil and go leathery; left on the pass they cool and go soft within minutes. A scuttle holds them in warm, dry air instead, so a busy fryer can run ahead of demand and still serve chips that eat like they have just come out.
