Water quality decides how well water-reliant equipment performs and how the drinks it makes actually taste. Rather than working around poor incoming water, the Antunes AQ-RO-600 treats it at source, producing 600 gallons a day of consistent, low-mineral water for coffee machines, combi ovens, ice makers and beverage production.

A three-stage treatment process removes sediment and chemical contaminants before the reverse osmosis membrane strips out 96% of dissolved solids. An adjustable blend valve then lets a measured amount of untreated water back in, so the final water can be dialled to the mineral content a given machine or recipe wants rather than being stripped completely. A colour display shows inlet and product TDS, so drift is visible before it affects the cup.
