Category : FRYERSThe Roller Grill RFG 12 is a professional countertop gas fryer with a single 12-litre stainless steel tank, made in France, for cooking fresh and frozen food to order.
Two burners feed a double ramp of radiants under the tank for 8 kW, with the thermostatic gas tap setting the oil between 100 and 190 °C over eight marked positions and a separate safety thermostat behind it. A filtering basket-holder in the tank floor catches residues and lets large items such as doughnuts or whole fish be fried without a basket.
Installation: the fryer leaves the factory jetted for butane and propane, which is the right configuration for LPG in Kenya - no conversion needed. Natural-gas injectors are supplied loose for a G20/G25 installation. It needs 10 cm clearance from any wall, and the piezo igniter takes an AA battery that is not supplied.
Single 12-litre stainless steel tank, 2 burners, 8 kW. 100-190 °C thermostatic control plus a safety thermostat and piezo ignition with pilot light and thermocouple. Filtering basket-holder allows basket-free frying. Stainless drain tap and lid; adjustable feet and delivered LPG-jetted with natural-gas injectors in the box.
