The ZBJ-60P makes 60 kg of cube ice in 24 hours, which carries a restaurant or a single bar through a day's service with something in hand for a busy evening.
Water is sprayed upward into an inverted mould, so each cube freezes from the outside inwards and mineral content is carried away rather than sealed into the middle. The cube leaves the machine clear at 32 mm on each side, and clear ice melts more slowly in the glass than cloudy ice of the same size.
The cabinet is 677 mm wide, 585 mm deep and 895 mm high. It draws 550 W from a 220 V 50 Hz supply and runs on R404a refrigerant.
