The ZBJ-80PA makes 80 kg of cube ice in 24 hours, which suits a bar or restaurant serving steadily through the day rather than an operation packing ice for outside use.
It works on a spray water system: water is sprayed upward into an inverted mould so each cube freezes from the outside in and impurities are washed away rather than trapped. That is what produces a clear, slow-melting cube instead of a cloudy one that waters a drink down.
Cubes come out at 32 mm on each side. The cabinet is 677 mm wide, 585 mm deep and 895 mm high, running from a 220 V 50 Hz supply on R404a refrigerant.
