The ZBJ-250L makes 250 kg of cube ice in 24 hours, enough for a hotel, a group of bars, or an operation that packs ice for use away from the premises.
It works on a spray water system, freezing each cube from the outside in so that impurities wash away instead of being sealed inside. The result is a clear 32 mm cube that melts slowly and dilutes a drink less than cloudy ice does.
The cabinet measures 765 by 780 mm and stands 1500 mm tall, so it needs a planned position with drainage rather than a gap on a back bar. It runs from a 220 V 50 Hz supply on R404a refrigerant.
