The HK-Redline JG310 is a floor-standing bone saw for cutting through meat bones, frozen meat, poultry and fish, built for butcheries and meat processing rooms.

A 1.5 kW motor on a 220 V supply drives a 2580 mm blade at 22 m/s over a 300 mm belt wheel. Blade speed is what separates a clean cut from a torn one on frozen product, and the stainless steel sliding table and fence carry the work through it squarely. Cutting height is 440 mm, or 275 mm with the fence in its lower position.

A grinder is built in so the blade is sharpened in place rather than removed, and a front access panel opens the machine up for cleaning - the part of bone-saw ownership that decides whether it stays hygienic in practice.
