The Skymsen DB-10 is a compact commercial potato peeler built for kitchens that go through serious volumes of potatoes, cassava, carrots and other tubers.

It handles 10 kg per batch in roughly two minutes - up to 200 kg per hour - replacing hours of hand peeling with a standardised, low-waste result. A rotating abrasive disc coated in aluminium oxide works together with running water to abrade the skin and flush the peelings away, so product comes out peeled and washed in a single operation.

Constructed entirely in stainless steel, the DB-10 is built for hygiene and longevity: the abrasive disc lifts out for cleaning, and a discharge door lets you empty the drum quickly between batches. A built-in timer standardises cycle length so results don't depend on who is operating it, while the lid safety sensor and anti-restart system keep the machine from running when it shouldn't.
