The HK-Redline YXD-1AE is a 62 litre electric convection oven for bakeries, cafes, hotel kitchens and delis. A fan-driven oven cooks faster and more evenly than a static one because moving air carries heat to every surface instead of letting it stratify, which is what makes it the standard choice for batch baking.

Two round heaters work with two high-speed motors, and a stainless steel baffle spreads the airflow so trays at different levels brown at a similar rate. The thermostat runs from 50 to 300 °C with a 360 °C high-limit cut-out behind it, and a 120-minute timer with a bell covers long bakes without anyone watching the clock.

The inner chamber is enamel, a chamber light shows progress without opening the door, and the door latch opens to 90° for clear access when loading. Pan supports are nickel coated. The oven runs on a single-phase 220-240 V supply, weighs 38 kg and measures 595 × 530 × 570 mm.
