Ventilated refrigeration maintains +3 to +5 °C uniformly across the full width, and the self-contained condensing unit means no remote plant is required: a single 230 V connection brings it into service. Dual LED ceiling fittings light the whole run, and the standard self-winding night blind lets staff shut the display down overnight to cut load.
