It is the bulk-storage answer for kitchens that would otherwise run two single-door freezers: one refrigeration circuit, one controller, one service point, and a continuous interior that takes full-depth GN 2/1 on six levels.
Forced-air circulation and the tropicalised condensing unit keep it stable in high-ambient kitchens, and the door-frame heater protects the gaskets through heavy door-cycle service.
Two self-closing reversible doors with magnetic gaskets. Door-frame heating element prevents gasket icing. Ventilated cooling with automatic defrost and condensate evaporation. AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior; galvanised base, top and back. Removable monobloc tropicalised refrigeration unit. Supplied with 6 GN 2/1 grids (650 × 530 mm).
