Choose the gastronorm size to match your batch: 2/3 GN for smaller loads, 1/1 GN for standard service, or 2/1 GN for maximum-volume roasting and baking. Each size is suited to bread rolls, pastries, roast potatoes, meat and fish.
Aluminium body with 3-layer TriLax non-stick coating. Unperforated - holds juices and light batters. Rated for oven temperatures up to 300°C. Available in 2/3 GN, 1/1 GN and 2/1 GN sizes. For RATIONAL iCombi Pro and iCombi Classic combi ovens.
