The flat side bakes fresh or convenience pizza, quiches and flatbreads; turn it over and the ridged side grills vegetables, fish and meat with proper bar marks. Choose the gastronorm size to match your service: 2/3 GN for smaller-batch and à la carte work, or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf.
Two-sided design: flat for pizza and flatbreads, ridged for grilling. Cast aluminium body with TriLax non-stick coating. Available in 2/3 GN and 1/1 GN sizes. Suitable for iHexagon and RATIONAL combi ovens.
