Kitchen staff flip it between two patterns depending on the dish: classic grill stripes on one side, and an American steakhouse cross pattern on the other. Neither side needs preheating. Choose 2/3 GN for smaller batches, or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf and mark up to 160 rump steaks in 15 minutes.
Reversible: classic grill stripes one side, steakhouse cross pattern the other. TriLax non-stick coating, rated for use up to 300°C (572°F) and no preheating required. Available in 2/3 GN and 1/1 GN sizes. Compatible with RATIONAL iHexagon combi ovens.
