Forced-air circulation keeps 0 to +10 °C uniform from top shelf to bottom, so load position does not compromise holding temperature.
The extractable monobloc refrigeration unit is the practical differentiator: the whole cooling assembly slides out for service or swap-out, which matters where technician time is the scarce resource. The tropicalised unit is specified to hold temperature in high-ambient kitchens.
Ventilated cooling for even temperature at every shelf level. AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior; galvanised base, top and back. Self-closing door with magnetic gasket, reversible with kit, extractable monobloc tropicalised refrigeration unit and automatic defrost and condensate evaporation. Supplied with 3 plastic-coated GN 2/1 shelves and 6 stainless runners.
