The Pradeep milk boiler heats milk in a double-walled stainless steel vessel through an indirect water jacket, so the heating element never touches the milk itself. Heat passes into the product through a layer of water held between the inner and outer walls, and it is that separation which stops milk catching on the base, scorching or forming a skin.

It matters wherever milk is held hot across a long service - hotel breakfast counters, tea and coffee stations, canteens and institutional kitchens - where a directly heated pot needs constant stirring and still burns. Two taps are fitted: one draws hot milk from the inner vessel, the second draws hot water from the jacket for tea, rinsing or topping up.

Supplied in 12, 20 and 30 litre capacities with a mirror-polished stainless steel body.
