A 9 gallon insulated water urn that boils and then holds water hot, using PUF insulation between stainless steel inner and outer walls. It is built for continuous tea and coffee service - hotel breakfast, conference catering, hospital and staff canteens - where an uninsulated boiler cycles constantly just to stay at temperature.

Because the body retains heat rather than merely generating it, the urn draws less power across a long service than a plain boiler of the same size, and the outer wall stays cool enough to sit safely on a self-service counter.
