The HK-Redline WB15A is a 15 litre electric water urn for tea and coffee service in offices, canteens, churches, conference venues and catering operations. Fifteen litres works out at roughly seventy-five 200 ml cups per fill, which covers a mid-morning break for a sizeable group without refilling.

This model uses a non-exposed element, meaning the heating element is not sitting in the water itself. In hard-water areas that is the version to choose: scale cannot bake onto a submerged coil, and the inside of the tank is far easier to wipe out. Its exposed-element siblings, the WB20A and WB30A, put the element in direct contact with the water instead.

A 2.5 kW element draws about 11 A at 230 V, so the urn runs from an ordinary single-phase socket. The stainless steel body weighs 4.14 kg empty, light enough to carry to where it is needed and set down on a counter.
