The HK-Redline WB20A is a 20 litre electric water urn for tea and coffee service in canteens, offices, conference venues, churches and catering work. Twenty litres is about one hundred 200 ml cups per fill, a step up from the 15 litre WB15A for sites that were refilling too often.

The element is the exposed type, sitting in direct contact with the water. Worth knowing before ordering: it carries the same 2.5 kW element as the smaller WB15A, so a full 20 litre tank takes proportionally longer to come up to temperature than the 15 litre model does. Where water is hard, budget for regular descaling of the element itself.

Power draw is about 11 A at 230 V, so it runs from a standard single-phase socket. The stainless steel body with handles weighs 4.63 kg empty.
