The Blueline GN1100BT is a counter freezer, running at -10 to -22 °C — frozen storage built into the work surface, so a portion can be drawn without a trip to the walk-in. At 860 mm high it lines up with the worktops either side. The cabinet measures 925 × 700 × 860 mm. Inside, the usable chamber is 365 × 580 × 589 mm.

This is the single-door member of the GN counter range, and the freezer counterpart of the GN1100TN chiller in the same shell. Power is a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply. At 64 kg empty two people can position it. It runs on R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential of 3; the charge is sealed and small but flammable, so keep the ventilation clearance the installation sheet specifies.
