Minced beef, pork, fish or chicken feeds into a hopper and is portioned by a rotating former into consistent, round balls, at a rate of around 280 pieces a minute - the pace this SXW-280 model is named for. The machine is built in stainless steel throughout, with interchangeable moulds so the same base unit covers several ball sizes.
