The HK-Redline YFL02-1 is a free-standing oblong chafing dish on legs, taking a single GN 1/1 pan. Unlike the drop-in units it needs no counter modification, so it can be set up for a function and cleared away afterwards, which suits banqueting, outside catering and hotels running variable layouts.

The GN 1/1 format is the point to check: it takes the standard 530 × 325 mm gastronorm pan, so pans already in use elsewhere in the kitchen will fit. A braking device on the lid lets it be held open at any angle rather than swinging shut over the food.

The body is stainless steel with a fine-polished mirror finish, and the whole unit stands 670 × 460 × 440 mm on the counter.
