The Eurotec Riga RIB 3520 EB is a professional single-zone induction hob designed to be built into a counter, giving a flush working surface with no exposed flame or radiant element. It delivers 3500 W through ten power levels and nine temperature settings from 60 to 240 °C, so it handles everything from holding a sauce to a fast sear.

Control is by touch panel with manual override on a detached pod, and the stainless steel body wipes down as part of the surrounding worktop. Cookware detection, multiple self-protection circuits and automatic switch-off mean the hob only draws power when a suitable pan is in place.
