The Blueline GN2100TN is a refrigerated counter, running at -2 to +8 °C — cold storage built into the work surface itself, so the mise en place for a service sits under the hands using it instead of in a walk-in across the kitchen. At 860 mm high it lines up with the worktops either side. The cabinet measures 1360 × 700 × 860 mm. Inside, the usable chamber is 795 × 580 × 589 mm.

Power is a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply, so no three-phase provision is needed. At 93 kg empty two people can position it. It runs on R134a refrigerant. The compressor is an Embraco / ZEL unit under a Dixell digital thermostat, mainstream parts an engineer can source locally.
