The HK-Redline DR-3 is a drop-in plate warmer, a cylindrical unit recessed into a counter or service station rather than wheeled about. Only the plate stack sits at worktop level, which keeps the pass clear and puts warm plates exactly where the chef needs them.

The body is 405 mm in diameter and 725 mm deep overall, so the counter needs a matching circular cut-out and clear space beneath it — confirm both against the joinery before ordering, since a drop-in cannot be repositioned afterwards the way a cart can. It takes plates up to 12 inches across.

Construction is stainless steel throughout and it runs on a 220-240 V supply. Where a service point is fixed, the drop-in format is the tidier answer; where plates must travel to a function room, the wheeled DR-1 and DR-2 carts do that instead.
