The Blueline GN3100TN is a refrigerated counter, running at -2 to +8 °C — cold storage built into the work surface itself, so the mise en place for a service sits under the hands using it instead of in a walk-in across the kitchen. At 860 mm high it lines up with the worktops either side. The cabinet measures 1795 × 700 × 860 mm. Inside, the usable chamber is 1230 × 580 × 589 mm.

Power is a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply, so no three-phase provision is needed. At 114 kg empty it takes two people and a trolley to site. It runs on R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential of 3; the charge is sealed and small but flammable, so keep the ventilation clearance the installation sheet specifies. The compressor is an Embraco / ZEL unit under a Dixell digital thermostat, mainstream parts an engineer can source locally.
