Each compartment is individually insulated, so a hot main and a cold dessert stay separated and at temperature in the same tray. A side locking system with replaceable locks keeps the lid secured in transit, and a menu card can sit on the base of the tray for the recipient. The porcelain dish set is ordered separately.
