The HDS HDSFGH single-well gas fryer is Heavy Duty Systems' floor-standing commercial fryer, built for restaurants, fast-food outlets and professional kitchens that need consistent, high-volume frying. It's available in two capacities - the 22-litre HDSFGH-120 and the 30-litre HDSFGH-150 - sharing the same construction and controls.

Vertical cast-iron burners rated at 30,000 BTU/hr each feed a tube-and-baffle heat-transfer design, so heat reaches the oil quickly and recovers fast between baskets, keeping fries crisp under continuous service. A large cold zone at the base of the stainless steel vat catches food particles before they scorch and taint the oil, and a Robertshaw thermostat holds temperature from 200-400°F with a 450°F hi-limit safety cutout.

The fryer stands on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs (castors optional) and includes a chromed frying basket with a plastic-coated handle, plus a 1/4" drain cock for quick oil changes.
