A pressure-activated cover locking mechanism seals the well in a single action, and pressure cooking lets it produce up to 16 pieces of fresh bone-in chicken per load in as little as 10 minutes. The SmartTouch touchscreen controller stores up to 10 pre-programmed cook cycles, and the Auto-Comp feature automatically adjusts cooking time for load size and temperature so results stay consistent between operators.
A built-in filtration system lets staff filter the well without disconnecting heated fittings, while an automatic cook-cycle counter tracks production between filters.
