The Broaster 1800G is the gas-fired, high-capacity pressure fryer in the Broaster range, built for restaurants and fast-food operations that need to keep up with sustained fried-chicken volume through service.

Its round cooking well - fully welded from 300 Series stainless steel - holds 42 lbs of oil and cooks up to 40 pieces of fresh bone-in chicken per load in as little as 10 minutes. The same pressure-activated single-action cover locking mechanism and triple-redundant safety system used across the Broaster range keep operation fast and safe, while the SmartTouch touchscreen controller and Auto-Comp feature manage cook cycles and compensate automatically for load size and temperature.

A built-in filtration system - a 1/3 HP motor driving a 5 gallon-per-minute oil pump through a stainless steel filter tray - lets staff filter the well without disconnecting heated fittings, and an automatic cook-cycle counter tracks production between filters.
