The Roller Grill GR 80 E is a vertical electric grill for shawarma, doner, kebab and gyros - an 800 mm stainless steel spit carrying up to 40 kg of meat in front of a bank of heating elements. It is the tallest of Roller Grill's three electric gyros grills, made in France.

Five Incoloy elements give 7.2 kW, each running at full or half power independently, so heat concentrates on the part of the cone still to be carved. Firestones behind them accumulate heat and radiate it back for an even cook, and the carriage slides and locks to set the distance as the cone reduces.

Installation: this is a three-phase machine at 380-415 V 3N~ and must be hard-wired by a qualified electrician with a means of disconnection in the fixed wiring - it is not a plug-in appliance. Leave 10 cm clearance from any wall.
